Washington Street, Van Wert, Ohio.<\/p>\n<p>Probably Spring, Summer, Fall\u00a0and\u00a0Winter first come to mind when you  think of seasons.\u00a0 However, with a little more thought, you&#8217;ll discover  there are actually quite a few other seasons that could apply.<\/p>\n<p>In agriculture, consider the planting and harvesting seasons.\u00a0 In  athletics,\u00a0ask any coach about what his team will do, or did, this  season.\u00a0 We talk about the holiday seasons such as Easter or Christmas.\u00a0  Many\u00a0hunters and fishermen\u00a0look forward to the opening of the season  on\u00a0 a particular \u00a0species.<\/p>\n<p>Parks and resorts\u00a0anticipate  the\u00a0start of particular activities that occur at seasonal times of the  year such as\u00a0camping, \u00a0skiing, and tourism.\u00a0 If you&#8217;ve been following  the weather reports, you are aware that the tornado and hurricane  seasons are\u00a0approaching.<\/p>\n<p>Remember that the club&#8217;s $5  Food Discount\u00a0Card, good at 20 area business till\u00a0April 2012, is still  on sale and available from Camera Club members and the\u00a0Art Center.\u00a0 You  can get more information about the card by calling 419.238.4545 or  contact the Wassenberg Art Center Office at 419.238.6837 (email <a href=\"http:\/\/email12.secureserver.net\/search.php\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">wassenberg@embarqmail.com<\/span><\/a>)..<\/p>\n<p>This competition should produce some really great shots, and as always, visitors are welcome.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-6282\" style=\"border: 1px solid black\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/Wassenberg-Logo-small-4-2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"104\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By Rex Dolby Seasons will be the theme for competition in prints and slides when the Wassenberg Camera Club meets at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April14, at\u00a0the Wassenberg\u00a0Art Center, 643 S.
