When the Van Wert Area Photography Club met Thursday, April 9, the goal was to obtain an agreement on the remaining issues that could not be agreed upon at its previous meeting.\u00a0 One by one as the changes were discussed. \u00a0The consensus was that they were OK without any changes.\u00a0 As a result, each item was approved in a relatively short time when compared to the debate\u00a0during\u00a0the previous session.\u00a0 There was a sigh of relief as the last issue was resolved and the assumption was that a copy would be printed for a lawyer to evaluate.\u00a0 All the equipment was packed away and some of the group had left.<\/p>\n

It was at that\u00a0time Karl Gribler announced that we had somehow missed\u00a0the section concerning membership.\u00a0 It was too late to reopen discussion, so Rex Dolby said he’d compose an e-mail to be sent to all the membership that would include the section in question with its amended wording and a request for input if the reader didn’t agree with it.\u00a0 Stuart Jewett sent the e-mail the next day with an explanation about the oversight and what input would be needed from the reader.\u00a0 As soon as this input comes in, the officers will meet again to determine what the next course of action will be.<\/p>\n

In future news, Jan Sorensen volunteered to present a program on “Low Light Photography” at the club’s May 14 meeting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
