Staff member Dave Holman was also recognized.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>One of the L.I.F.E. Skills students at St. Mary of the Assumption School<br \/>\nwork on is &#8220;cooperation.&#8221; Cooperation means working together with others for a<br \/>\ncommon goal.\u00a0 Students from each class were recognized for exemplifying cooperation, and one of our staff members, Dave Holman, was also recognized for his cooperative efforts.<\/p>\n<p>Mission work is stressed at St. Mary&#8217;s. The school PTO recently organized<br \/>\nand served a meal to community members at the &#8220;Bread and Bowl&#8221; which takes place at the First United Methodist Church. Community churches take turns hosting these weekly events.
