Mobley"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Geraldine M. \u201cGerry\u201d Mobley, 68, of Paulding, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at her residence following an extended illness.<\/p>\n<p>She was born April 29, 1942, in Paulding County, the daughter of the late Paul R. and Dorothy L. (Dotterer) Devers. On October 21, 1960, she married Nolan R. Mobley, who survives.<\/p>\n<p>Other survivors include a son, Rodney (Joanne) Mobley of Paulding; a daughter-in-law, Angie Mobley of Antwerp; one brother, Jack Devers of Bryan; three sisters, Floella Handy of Hicksville, Phyllis (John) Worthan of Montpelier and Judy (Larry) Harper of Edgerton; and four grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>A son, Paul \u201cTravis\u201d Mobley; one brother, Larry Devers; and a sister, Shirley Johnson, also preceded her in death.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding, with the Rev. C. Joseph Fifer officiating. Burial will be in Paulding Memorial Cemetery.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Friday, April 15, and an hour prior to services Saturday at the funeral home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preferred memorials: Junction Christian Bible Church.<\/p>\n<p>Messages of sympathy may be sent to the family at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.denherderfh.com\">www.denherderfh.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geraldine M. \u201cGerry\u201d Mobley, 68, of Paulding, died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at her residence following an extended illness.
