Judge Martin Burchfield ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 17.<\/p>\n<p>Andria Temple, 33, of Van Wert, changed her plea to guilty to a charge of theft, a felony of the fifth degree. A presentence investigation was ordered and she will appear for sentencing at 9 a.m. June 17.<\/p>\n<p>Zachariah Young, 28, of Van Wert, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of domestic violence, which was downgraded from a fourth-degree felony to a first-degree misdemeanor in exchange for his guilty plea.
