Residents can still use a cell phone to call 9-1-1 in an emergency or the Van Wert County Sheriff&#8217;s Office at 419.238.3866.<\/p>\n<p>Residents who do not have a cell phone should consider going to a neighbor\u2019s home if help is needed during an outage and they need access to a phone to call 9-1-1 or the Sheriff&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p>Time Warner is not able to provide a timeframe of when service will be restored. \u00a0Updates will be provided to the local media and posted on the Sheriff&#8217;s Office website, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vanwertcountysheriff.com\/\">www.vanwertcountysheriff.com<\/a>\u00a0as information becomes available.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VW County Sheriff\u2019s information Van Wert County Sheriff Thomas Riggenbach notes that Time Warner phone customers in the Willshire and Wren areas are currently experiencing intermittent\u00a0service outages.
