North Western Electric and Paulding Putnam Electric Cooperative members are under a Peak Alert for today, from 2-8 p.m.<\/p>\n
Current weather conditions are causing a very high demand for electricity.\u00a0During this peak demand period, customers are urged to reduce as much electric usage as possible until 8 p.m.\u00a0 Dial up air conditioning thermostats 3 to 5 degrees and delay any baking or laundry.\u00a0Both electric co-ops thank customers for their cooperation.<\/p>\n
