Washington St., Suite 116, in Napoleon.\u00a0Additional classes are scheduled in northwest Ohio for 2011.\u00a0Check out <a href=\"http:\/\/fulton.osu.edu\/\">http:\/\/fulton.osu.edu<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"attachment wp-att-676\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/?attachment_id=676\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/OSU-Extension-logo-4-2009.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"95\" height=\"108\" \/><\/a>This training is provided using the National Restaurant Association\u2019s ServSafe curriculum.\u00a0Topics for the sessions include basic food safety practices as well as further information on microorganisms and principles of the HAACP system.\u00a0Completion will include testing and certification.\u00a0 This training is open to any manager or employee of food service operations.\u00a0The cost will be $175 per participant.<\/p>\n<p>Any food service worker or manager or owner of food service establishments will benefit from this training, because every part of an operation affects the safety of the food served and every employee plays a role in keeping food safe.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to help food service businesses and their employees to better understand their role in food safety at a price that a business can afford.
