Wren Christmas Society information<\/i><\/p>\n
WREN — The Wren Christmas Society is selling tickets for chicken dinners for Saturday, October 24.\u00a0Gibson\u2019s Barnyard BBQ will prepare the food.<\/p>\n
The meal will include half a chicken, green beans, cheesy potatoes, and a roll.\u00a0Meals are by presale tickets only, and tickets will be available for purchase until Friday, October 16.<\/p>\n
Tickets are $8 each and are available for purchase now from any Wren Christmas Society member.<\/p>\n
Dinners will be available for pick-up at the WCS building at Wren Ballpark on Saturday, October 24, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.<\/p>\n
The money raised will be used to pay for replacement decorations for this holiday season.<\/p>\n
In other WCS news, the Christmas decorations will be put up in Wren on Saturday, November 21, and the official lighting ceremony will be held Saturday, November 28, at dark (approximately 6 p.m.).<\/p>\n
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in Wren at the Santa House on Saturday, December 12, and Friday and Saturday, December 18-19, from 6 to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
