{"id":6847,"date":"2011-04-26T00:39:32","date_gmt":"2011-04-26T05:39:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/?p=6847"},"modified":"2011-04-26T00:39:32","modified_gmt":"2011-04-26T05:39:32","slug":"law-enforcement-42611","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2011\/04\/26\/law-enforcement-42611\/","title":{"rendered":"Law Enforcement 4\/26\/11"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">Van Wert Police<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>April 23, 1:26 p.m. &#8212; A woman in the 600 block of Woodland Avenue reported that a tire on her vehicle was cut while it was parked at her residence.<\/p>\n<p>April 22, 11:04 p.m. &#8212; A burglary was reported in the 100 block of North Washington Street.<\/p>\n<p>April 24, 2:26 p.m. &#8212; A resident of the 800 block of West Main Street reported criminal damage to her vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>April 23, 1:58 p.m. &#8212; A resident of the 300 block of North Washington Street reported two tires were cut on her vehicle while it was parked at her home.<\/p>\n<p>April 23, 7:04 a.m. &#8212; A resident of the 400 block of East Sycamore Street reported the theft of keys from a vehicle at that residence.<\/p>\n<p>April 22, 7:21 a.m. &#8212; A male was reported hallucinating at a residence in the 200 block of South Fulton Street after ingesting &#8220;bath salts.&#8221; He was taken to Van Wert County Hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>April 23, 12:36 p.m. &#8212; A window pane was reported broken out at the a residence in the 100 block of East First Street.<\/p>\n<p>April 21, 3:20 p.m. &#8212; Abagail Baumle, 19, of Paulding, was charged in connection with the theft of gasoline at Murphy&#8217;s USA on Town Center Blvd.<\/p>\n<p>April 24, 1:21 a.m. &#8212; Kevin Keirns, 23, of Ohio City, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) after he nearly caused an accident in the 800 block of Fox Road by accelerating too rapidly and causing a tire on his vehicle to blow out.<\/p>\n<p>April 22, 11:33 a.m. &#8212; Brittany M. Moore, 20, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of reckless operation, failure to obey a lawful order, underage consumption and driving a vehicle while consuming alcohol underage.<\/p>\n<p>April 23, 7:13 a.m. &#8212; Kody N. Detwiler, 21, of 320 N. Franklin St., was arrested for receiving stolen property in connection with the theft of property from a residence in the 200 block of East Sycamore Street.
