CONVOY — The Van Wert Cougar boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 track and field teams each won their portion of the Van Wert County Track Meet held Tuesday at Crestview\u2019s Athletic Complex.<\/p>\n
The Cougar girls compiled a score of 89, while Lincolnview was second with 46 points and Crestview was third with 36 points.<\/p>\n
For the boys, Van Wert was first with 92 points, while the Knights finished second with 67 points and the Lancers were third with 16 points.<\/p>\n
One of the highlights of the meet was a new county record set in the girls; 4×400-meter relay by Crestview\u2019s relay team in a time of 4:16.70.
