Employee participation in the campaign was 100 percent and, together with the bank\u2019s matching donation, had a 33 percent increase in donations over the previous year. In addition to the bank employee campaign, First Federal held two bake sales, along with a candy corn guessing game, for its customers to enjoy. First Federal also sponsored an employee raffle that offered prizes including an extra vacation day, a car wash book, movie tickets, or a parking spot.
