Arlington\u2019s Logan Spayer was the game\u2019s top scorer with 23 points.<\/p>\n<p>The Knights grabbed a 17-point lead, 23-6, in the first quarter, but lost nine of those points in the second quarter as Arlington outscored Crestview 17-8 to trail by 8, 31-23, at the half. Arlington continued to close the gap in the third quarter with an 11-7 run that brought the visitors to within four points, 38-34, heading into the final stanza.<\/p>\n<p>But the Knights held on to outscore Arlington 18-13 in the fourth period to preserve the victory.<\/p>\n<p>Crestview was 19 of 36 from the field (52.8 percent), including 6 of 13 (46 percent) from three-point range. The Knights made 12 of 18 (66.7 percent) at the free throw line.<\/p>\n<p>The Crestview defense held Arlington to a 19-of-52 performance from the field (36.5 percent), which included making 3 of 19 three-point attempts (15.8 percent).
