Helen M. Remlinger, 83, of Delphos, died Friday, February 5, 2016, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.<\/p>\n
She was born July 7, 1932, in Delphos, the daughter of Raymond and Florence (Geise) Lindeman, who both preceded her in death. On July 24, 1952, she married William T. \u201cBill\u201d Remlinger, who died February 8, 2009.<\/p>\n
Survivors include three sons, Walter \u201cButch\u201d Remlinger of Delphos, William T. \u201cTed\u201d (Kitty) Remlinger of Springfield, and Tom (Ann) Remlinger of Fishers, Indiana; four grandchildren; a brother, Norbert Lindeman of Delphos; and one sister, Ruth (Joe) Ottenweller of Hoagland, Indiana.<\/p>\n
A sister, Alfreda (Fritz) Wieging; one brother-in-law, Bill Wieging; and a sister-in-law, Pat Lindeman, also preceded her in death.<\/p>\n
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Delphos, with Father Charles Obinwa officiating. Burial will at a later date in St. John\u2019s Cemetery in Delphos.<\/strong><\/p>\n Calling hours are from 3-8 p.m. Monday, February 8, at Harter and Schier Funeral Home in Delphos, where a parish wake will be held at 7:30 that evening.<\/strong><\/p>\n Preferred memorials: St. John\u2019s Parish Foundation or Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research (www.curepc.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n
