Her first full time job at the YWCA in Van Wert was s HPER (Health, Physical Education and Recreation) director, where she was educated and certified in numerous realms of fitness and aquatics.<\/p>\n<p>Schalois is a licensed massage therapist and has been practicing since 1988. Throughout the past 36 years, she has completed previous training\/certifications through AFAA, IDEA and ACE in aerobic, senior fitness, personal training, and yoga.<\/p>\n<p>She currently owns her own therapeutic massage business and is a fashion stylist with CAbi. Schalois\u2019 whole life has been centered on helping people look and feel their best. She will be teaching yoga classes Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m., Tuesday evenings at 5:45 p.m., and Wednesdays at 12:15 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>The YWCA of Van Wert County is currently accepting memberships. Call for additional information on classes.
