The accident, which occurred just after 3 p.m. on Thursday, involved two minivans and a car. No further details were available for what was described as a chain-reaction accident. In addition to troopers from the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Van Wert County Sheriff\u2019s Department deputies and first-responders from the Middle Point Fire and EMS Department were also at the scene.
