One count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, was dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.<\/p>\n<p>Black will be sentenced at 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 20.<\/p>\n<p>Cody Teman, 32, of Delphos, admitted to violating his probation by testing positive for drugs.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Martin Burchfield scheduled sentencing for 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, with Teman to be evaluated for drug court.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>VW independent news Two people appeared for hearings in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday.
