{"id":78292,"date":"2016-07-22T22:25:46","date_gmt":"2016-07-23T03:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=78292"},"modified":"2016-07-22T22:28:57","modified_gmt":"2016-07-23T03:28:57","slug":"agencies-seek-whereabouts-of-woman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2016\/07\/22\/agencies-seek-whereabouts-of-woman\/","title":{"rendered":"Abducted woman&#8217;s whereabouts sought"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>VW independent\/submitted information<\/em><\/p>\n<p>WAUSEON &#8212; Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine, Fulton County Sheriff Roy Miller, and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Stephen Anthony are asking for assistance from the public for tips regarding the disappearance of a Metamora woman.<\/p>\n<p>Sierah Joughin, 20, was last seen Tuesday evening riding her bicycle near Evergreen High School and her bike was later found on County Road 6.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_78293\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-78293\" style=\"width: 141px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Sierah-headshot-7-22-16.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-78293\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-78293\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/Sierah-headshot-7-22-16.jpg\" alt=\"Sierah Joughin\" width=\"141\" height=\"143\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-78293\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Sierah Joughin<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>James Worley, 57, was arrested Friday on a charge of abduction in connection with her disappearance, but Sierah has not yet been found.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to any information regarding Sierah&#8217;s disappearance, authorities are\u00a0specifically\u00a0interested in\u00a0speaking with anyone who may have seen a\u00a0motorcyclist wearing a black open-faced, no-shield helmet (not a skull cap) riding on County Road 6 near County Road T and\/or County Road S between 6:30 and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information should contact the Fulton County Sheriff&#8217;s Office at 419.335.4010, extension 8, or the Attorney General&#8217;s Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI) at 855.224.6446.<\/p>\n<p>There is currently a reward of up to $100,000 being offered by an anonymous donor(s) for information leading to Sierah&#8217;s whereabouts.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation is being conducted by the Fulton County Sheriff&#8217;s Office,\u00a0along with BCI and the FBI.
