The Van Wert High School Class of 1966 had its 50th reunion July 30\u00a0at Willow Bend Country Club. The weekend started Friday night with a casual get-together at Elks Lodge 1197, while two five-person teams played a rousing 18 holes of golf on Saturday morning that ended in a tie. Festivities culminated Saturday evening with a dinner and socializing. Teachers Gerald Manken, Don Miller and his wife Jean, and Larry Schaufelberger were guests.<\/p>\n
