She was also served with an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for probation violation. A passenger in the vehicle, Ryan Homier, 21, of Van Wert, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Logan County and was also charged with possession of marijuana and abusing harmful intoxicants.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Van Wert Police No new reports.
