{"id":86096,"date":"2017-04-06T07:04:36","date_gmt":"2017-04-06T12:04:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=86096"},"modified":"2017-04-06T07:04:55","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T12:04:55","slug":"man-gets-prison-for-violating-probation-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2017\/04\/06\/man-gets-prison-for-violating-probation-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Man gets prison for violating probation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Van Wert independent news<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A Celina man who admitted violating his probation was given prison time during\u00a0a hearing held Wednesday in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.<\/p>\n<p>Aaron Livingston, 21, was sentenced to a total of 36 months in prison &#8212; nine months each on four separate charges, to be served consecutively &#8212; and also ordered to pay restitution to two victims.<\/p>\n<p>Also Wednesday, Aron Lange, 25, of Celina, changed his plea to guilty to receiving stolen property, a felony of the fifth degree. One count of forgery, also a fifth-degree felony, was dismissed in exchange for his guilty plea.<\/p>\n<p>Judge Martin Burchfield ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 10.
