{"id":86479,"date":"2017-04-15T08:06:23","date_gmt":"2017-04-15T13:06:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=86479"},"modified":"2017-04-15T08:06:23","modified_gmt":"2017-04-15T13:06:23","slug":"odot-to-auction-off-area-properties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2017\/04\/15\/odot-to-auction-off-area-properties\/","title":{"rendered":"ODOT to auction off area properties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Submitted information<\/em><\/p>\n<p>LIMA\u00a0&#8212;<em>\u00a0<\/em>The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) will sell at public auction a building and two parcels located in Paulding and Van Wert counties.<\/p>\n<p>Two separate auctions will be held Friday, May 12 at the following locations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15023 U.S. 127, Cecil (currently an ODOT outpost).<br \/>\nThe building at this location and 10 acres, and a 2.114-acre parcel located at the northwest corner of U.S. 24 and Paulding County Road 123 will be auctioned at this time and location. Doors will open that day at 9 a.m. The auction will occur at 10 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An open house for the outpost building will be held Tuesday, April 18, from 3-6 p.m.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-645\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/ODOT-logo.gif\" alt=\"ODOT logo\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" \/>10238 Van Wert-Decatur Road (ODOT Van Wert County maintenance garage), Van Wert. No offers will be conditioned upon financing and no inspection contingencies will be offered.
