Here, four Niswonger Scholars, including Van Wert native Abigail Ricica, help Louise Hartwig at the Children&#039;s Garden in Smiley Park. Other Niswonger Scholars who came to Van Wert include Jessica Verran-Lingard, Will Brummett, Alex Crogan, James Durham, Rachel Witt, Jason Light and Sean McCullough, while program director Nancy Dishner accompanied them.
