{"id":9190,"date":"2011-06-11T00:26:36","date_gmt":"2011-06-11T05:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/?p=9190"},"modified":"2011-06-11T00:26:36","modified_gmt":"2011-06-11T05:26:36","slug":"ymca-has-new-yoga-on-the-beach-class","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2011\/06\/11\/ymca-has-new-yoga-on-the-beach-class\/","title":{"rendered":"YMCA has new Yoga on the Beach class"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The YMCA of Van Wert County will be starting a new fitness class for the summer &#8212; Yoga on the Beach.\u00a0 This class will be held on the beach of at Camp Clay (9196 Liberty Union Road) on the following Fridays: June 17, June 24, July 1, July 15, July 22 and July 29.\u00a0 Rainy day yoga will be held in the shelterhouse of Camp Clay.\u00a0 All participants must bring their own beach towel or yoga mat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis class is perfect for absolutely anyone and everyone interested in a yoga practice,\u201d stated Y Fitness Director Kelly Avalos. \u201cThe overall flow of the class will be relaxed and focused on flexibility, balance and breathing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This six-week session is open to the public. Y member registration is $15 and potential (non) members can participate for $45.\u00a0 One may register by calling the Y at 419.238.0443 or visiting the website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vwymca.org\">www.vwymca.org<\/a>.
