The inspection team evaluates all aspects of resident care, procedures and practices, assessing the compliance of the facility with hundreds of state and federal standards.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-77358\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Van-Wert-Manor-logo-6-2016.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"140\" \/>The survey is intended to ensure that each healthcare center is meeting all requirements to maintain quality patient care.
