Prospective entrants can look forward to now entering gallery wrap canvas prints to the competition, which often allows photographers to get prints of an odd sized ready for competition easier. The miscellaneous category has been removed this year, but those entering are still allowed to have up to nine photographs, with up to three in a category.<\/p>\n<p>A variety of photography related equipment was given by Mr. and Mrs. Bud Stamper. Be thinking about this year\u2019s categories, which include Van Wert County Fair, On the Farm, Silly Portraits, Night Time, and In Motion.<\/p>\n<p>The monthly competition theme for June was Sunsets, and saw ample entries in both the slide and print competitions. Tracy Sterling took first place for sunset after a storm at the Van Wert Reservoir.\u00a0 Cody Hollis\u2019 slide from a Grand Lake Saint Mary\u2019s sunset took second.<\/p>\n<p>There were 47 prints entered this month, with Cody Hollis winning 1st\u00a0for another sunset at Grand Lake Saint Maries. Keith Mongold won second place for a print of a Town Creek image after a flood.
