At the same time, it is not necessary to use Depression-era regulations and a heavy-handed government approach to\u00a0achieve them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s (Friday\u2019s) decision by the FCC will simply restore the light-touch rules that governed the Internet for decades and helped usher in massive investment and innovation in the technology sector.
