Officers elected include Larry Greve, president; Thad Lichtensteiger, vice president; and Michael Gearhart, secretary.<\/p>\n<p>Executive Secretary Larry L. Wendel also reported the following board actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approved and made distributions totaling $384,321.17 to various agencies in the Van Wert area.<\/li>\n<li>Reappointed Duane Fuerst as a director for The Van Wert Area Performing Arts Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe Iberdrola Renewables Scholarship Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe Ray Etzler Scholarship Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe John R. and Mary L. Moore Memorial Scholarship Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe Van Wert Tennis Complex Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe Niswonger Performing Arts Center Orchestra Shell Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Accepted \u201cThe Niswonger Performing Arts Center Capital Improvement Fund.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Received and approved the 2010 audited Financial Report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Van Wert County Foundation held its semiannual meeting on June 14 and elected officers for the next two years.
