{"id":98556,"date":"2018-02-10T08:46:15","date_gmt":"2018-02-10T13:46:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/?p=98556"},"modified":"2018-02-10T08:46:15","modified_gmt":"2018-02-10T13:46:15","slug":"ohio-a-g-certifies-amendment-petition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thevwindependent.com\/news\/2018\/02\/10\/ohio-a-g-certifies-amendment-petition\/","title":{"rendered":"Ohio A-G certifies amendment petition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Submitted information<\/em><\/p>\n<p>COLUMBUS &#8212; The Ohio Attorney General\u2019s Office today certified a petition for a proposed amendment to the Ohio Constitution regarding standards and payment requirements for kidney dialysis services.<\/p>\n<p>On January 30, the\u00a0Ohio Attorney General\u2019s Office received a written petition\u00a0to amend the Ohio Constitution, entitled &#8220;Kidney Dialysis Patient Protection Amendment&#8221; from legal counsel for the petitioning\u00a0committee.
