The group made \u201cMagic Color Scratch Hearts\u201d, \u201cValentine Emoji Magnets\u201d and Valentine\u2019s Day greeting cards to be presented to veterans in area nursing homes. The color guard marched in and led the group in the \u201cPledge of Allegiance\u201d. Veterans from the color guard also answered questions about their time in the service. A \u2018Valentines for Vets\u201d cake and other refreshments were served to those attending. Buckeye Y Youth is a United Way agency and Van Wert County Foundation grant recipient.
