Pavlides, age 37, of Van Wert, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2018, at his residence.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_99600\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-99600\" style=\"width: 200px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-99600\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Anthony-Pavlides-obit-photo-3-2018.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"257\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-99600\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><strong>Anthony M. Pavlides<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He was born July 3, 1981, in Columbus, the son of Michael Pavlides, who survives in Valparaiso, Indiana, and Sandra (Kincaid) Pavlides, who preceded him in death. \u00a0On\u00a0\u00a0March 22, 2014, he married <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-8711\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevwindependent.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/06\/American-Flag-for-obituaries-6-2011.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"125\" height=\"66\" \/>Lindsay N. (Ruposky) Pavlides, who survives in Van Wert.<\/p>\n<p>Other survivors include a son, Bentley Hunter Pavlides, at home; one daughter, Lillian Rose Pavlides, at home; a stepsister, Kristina (Ryan) Pozezanac of South Bend, Indiana; and one stepbrother, David (Alexandra) Pavlides of Valparaiso, Indiana.<\/p>\n<p>He was an employee of Kennedy Manufacturing in Van Wert and a veteran of the U.S. Army.<\/p>\n<p>He was a loving father, amazing husband, loved by friends and family.\u00a0He enjoyed family outings, visiting family in Marion, fishing trips, poker, cleaning his pocket knives, and sitting\u00a0down with the family to home cooked meals.\u00a0Most of all, he enjoyed sitting at home with his wife and kids, watching a good movie, and snacking on peppers and vinegar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There will be no funeral services.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Visitation is from 2-5 p.m. Friday, March 9, at Brickner Funeral Home in Van Wert.\u00a0Burial will be at a later date in Green Camp (Ohio) Cemetery.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preferred memorials: To the family.<\/p>\n<p>Condolences may be expressed at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bricknerfuneralhome.com\">www.bricknerfuneralhome.com<\/a> or emailed to <a href=\"mailto:bricknerfuneralhome@bright.net\">bricknerfuneralhome@bright.net<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anthony M.
