March 18, 1:35 a.m. — Matthew A. Southerland, 28, of 309 W. Main St., was arrested on a charge of using weapons while intoxicated as a result of officers responding to the report of a domestic dispute at his residence.

March 18, 1:22 p.m. — Scott Bowen, 35, of Delphos, was cited for operating a motor vehicle while under a license suspension.
