March 23, 10:39 a.m. — Terry Keller, 36, of Delphos, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that occurred in the 500 block of East Third Street.

March 22, 5:21 p.m. — Shane Neuman, 27, of Delphos, was arrested on a warrant issued by the Adult Parole Authority.
