Van Wert Police

April 26, 11:08 p.m. — A Van Wert woman reported that a gasoline voucher was taken from her residence.

April 23, 11:36 p.m. — Cathleen E. Miller, 28, of 221 N. Wayne St., was charged with disorderly conduct-persisting in connection with a fight in the 300 block of North Wayne Street.

April 26, 10:50 a.m. — A resident of the 200 block of South Avenue reported that someone forced their way into their garage and apparently drove the complainant’s vehicle and replaced it in the garage. In a related incident, Brandon A. Heath, 20, of 217 South Ave. was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after paraphernalia was found at his residence when officers were called out on an unrelated matter.

April 28, 8:38 a.m. — City workers reported that someone littered an area at the city’s No. 3 reservoir along Peter Collins Road.
