Delphos Police

April 24, 2:50 a.m. — Lee Hummer, 23, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct by intoxication and obstructing official business.

April 25, 2:27 p.m. — Johnny Ray Foust, 49, of Delphos, was arrested for probation violation after he was allegedly found to be intoxicated while in the 1000 block of Lima Avenue. He also resisted officers’ attempts to place him in handcuffs and was charged with additional counts of persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
