Delphos Police

April 30, 9:18 p.m. — Gary Horton, 34, of Van Wert, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with expires plates and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 28, 2:24 a.m. — Jesse Blackburn, 19, of Delphos, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Allen County, Ohio, while in the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

April 30, 11:15 p.m. — While investigating a noise complaint, officers cited Christa Kline, 20, of Delphos, and James Schwartz, 20, of Lima, for underage consumption.
