May 10, 8:40 p.m. — John V. Snavely, 45, of 10886 Lincoln Highway, Apt. 8, was cited for having an open container of alcohol in the Woodland Avenue parking lot of Smiley Park.

May 9, 7:38 p.m. — Taylor Shae Baker, 19, of 602 S. Harrison St., was charged with domestic violence for an incident that took place at his residence.

May 9, 5:31 p.m. — A 26-inch green and gold girls’ Huffy bicycle was reported stolen from the 200 block of South Wall Street.

May 9, 12:26 p.m. — A boys’ bicycle was reported stolen from the bike rack at the S.F. Goedde Building, 205 W. Crawford St.

May 9, 8:25 a.m. — The theft of an undisclosed amount of money was reported from Northwest Ohio Screenprinting & Welch Trophy, 1112 S. Washington St.
