Van Wert Police

May 24, 8:27 p.m. — Robert M. Klim, 55, of Scott, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI), driving under an OVI license suspension and having an open container in the motor vehicle as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Third and Jefferson streets.

Delphos Police

May 25, 4:58 p.m. — Larry Klaus, 57, of Delphos, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct as a result of an incident that occurred in the 1800 block of East Fifth Street. According to police, Klaus resisted arrest and had to be “tased” by officers.
