Van Wert Police

May 31, 2:32 a.m. — Andrew M. Ruposky III, 42, of 234 W. Main St., Apt. 10, was charged with disorderly conduct, littering, and an open container violation while in the 200 block of West Main Street.

May 30, 10:51 p.m. — Ethan A. Mezuk, 20, of Convoy, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired as a result of a traffic stop near the intersection of Jefferson and Sycamore streets.

May 29, 3:42 a.m. — An employee of Pak-A-Sak, 1052 S. Shannon St., reported someone drove away without paying for $10.02 worth of gasoline.

May 30, 9:55 a.m. — A resident of the 300 block of North Wall Street reported that someone stole gasoline from a parked vehicle.
