June 27, 11:10 a.m. — The theft of a Schwinn bicycle was reported in the 1000 block of Allingham Street.

June 26, 11:06 p.m. — A city employee reported that a black metal trash can was thrown in to the fountain in Fountain Park.

June 26, 2:27 a.m. — Jason L. Vanover, 30, of 13714 Fife Road, was cited for having an open container of alcohol in the 200 block of East Main Street.

June 26, 12:27 a.m. — Christopher M. Labounty, 31, of 239 N. Jefferson St.,  Apt. 26, was charged with disorderly conduct as a result of a verbal argument in the 100 block of Garden Drive.

June 27, 2:29 p.m. — A vehicle was reported intentionally damaged while parked in the 300 block of Gordon Avenue.
