July 13, 8:22 p.m. — A resident in the 400 block of West Main Street reported damage to a vinyl fence.

July 12, 9:22 a.m. — An air-conditioning unit was reported stolen off a porch in the 200 block of East Second Street.

July 13, 11:14 p.m. — Shane A. Carroll, 20, of 711 E. Main St., was charged with domestic violence, criminal damaging and underage consumption as a result of an incident that occurred in the 500 block of East Central Avenue.

July 12, 2:03 p.m. — A resident of the 300 block of South Vine Street reported the theft of services from her residence.

July 8, 1 p.m. — Richard P. Bogart, 73, of 1015 E. Main St., had charges of trespassing filed against him for being on the premises of Klosterman Pizza unlawfully.

July 12, 10:46 a.m. — Damage was reported to a steel bench on the playground at Washington Elementary School.
