August 13, 2:43 p.m. — Timothy Short Jr., 27, of Delphos, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as a result of an incident in the city, with more charges pending.

August 12, 4 p.m. — Andrew Stocklin, 26, of Delphos, was arrested on an active warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court for probation violation. He was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
