Van Wert Police

September 8, 8:37 p.m. — Jesse J. Stemen, 22, of 1027 Oak Lane, was arrested at his residence on a warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.

September 7, 6:26 p.m. — Sheri L. Rowland, 45, of 406 S. Washington St., was arrested on a charge of domestic violence for an incident that occurred at her residence.

September 7, 7:07 p.m. — A burglary was reported in the 200 block of West Maple Avenue.

September 8, 12:21 a.m. — Two men were charged as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Main Street. The driver of the vehicle, Zachary P. Parrish, 23, of 337 W. Maple Ave., was cited for driving while under a license suspension and driving the wrong way on a one-way street, while a passenger in the vehicle, Joshua J. Grimes, 23, of Defiance, was charged with an open container violation and possession of marijuana.
