September 11, 4:07 p.m. — Alicia Tegenkamp, 31, of Delphos, was served an outstanding warrant on a charge of receiving stolen property  issued on behalf of the Allen County Sheriff’s Department by Lima Municipal Court.

September 11, 6:13 a.m. — Jonathon Seman, 18, of Delphos, was charged with domestic violence and underage consumption.

September 8, 6:50 a.m. — Randal Michaelson Jr. of Delphos was charged with domestic violence as a result of an incident that occurred in the 300 block of South Canal Street.
