September 9, 10:25 p.m. — Mark R. McClintock, 36, of 7439 Richey Road, was cited for disorderly conduct and an open container violation after he was found by officers under the Town Creek bridge on West Jackson Street.

September 10, 10:03 p.m. — Michael J. Hartman, 17, of 910 Kear Road, was charged with being unruly as a result of an incident that occurred at his residence.

September 11, 4:05 a.m. — A woman reported being assaulted by four other women while behind Hire’s Pub & Grill, 213 E. Main St.

September 10, 2:09 a.m. — Joshua D. Burnett, 33, of 361 Bonnewitz Ave., was charged with trespassing at Hire’s Pub & Grill.

September 9, 10:27 p.m. — A local woman reported that her vehicle was damaged while it was parked at First United Methodist Church, 113 W. Crawford St.
