Van Wert Police

September 15, 3:40 p.m. — A Van Wert man reported being assaulted in the 300 block of North Franklin Street, near the intersection with Sycamore Street.

September 16, 2:12 a.m. — An incident of criminal damaging was reported in the 200 block of East Main Street.

September 14, 6:58 p.m. — Two rings worth approximately $200 were reported stolen from a Van Wert residence on Jennings Road.
