Van Wert Police

October 26, 4:02 p.m. — A burglary was reported in the 100 block of Hawthorne Drive.

October 26, 12:49 p.m. — An employee of the YMCA reported that someone broke a window out of her vehicle and stole her purse, which was inside, while the vehicle was parked in a YMCA parking lot.

October 26, 8:37 a.m. — An employee of AR Wireless reported the theft of cable from his truck, while it was parked at the Comfort Inn, 840 N. Washington St.

October 26, 10:37 a.m. — A Van Wert man reported the theft of work tools and toolbox from the bed of his work truck while the vehicle was parked in the 800 block of Kear Road.

October 25, 8:50 a.m. — A Van Wert woman reported that someone used her credit card information without authorization at the local Walmart Supercenter.

October 26, 1:58 p.m. — A local woman reported that someone entered her mother’s residence and took several items from the home.

Delphos Police

October 27, 1:02 p.m. — Mica Closson, 24, of Delphos, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Findlay for a contempt of court charge.

October 25, 3:28 p.m. — David Goodwin, 51, of Delphos, was found to be operating a vehicle while having his driving privileges suspended during an investigation of a traffic accident. He was cited into Lima Municipal Court.
