Van Wert Police

October 30, 9:14 a.m. — A number of pumpkin smashings and other Halloween related criminal damaging incidents were reported to Van Wert police.

October 28, 11:20 p.m. — Dominic O. Eddins, 32, of 315 E. Third St., was arrested on a charge of burglary related to an incident at a city residence.

October 29, 8:27 a.m. — An employee of Greve Chrysler, 756 W. Ervin Road, reported that someone stole the rear wheels off two new trucks parked on the dealership’s lot.

October 29, 7:15 p.m. — Lyle L. Diltz, 46, of Delphos, was charged with theft and trespassing for allegedly stealing items from the local Walmart Supercenter, 301 Towne Center Blvd. Diltz was also served with an outstanding felony warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert County Sheriff’s Department.

Delphos Police

October 30, 11:17 a.m. — Vanessa Wallen, 24, of Delphos, was charges with driving while under a license suspension and cited into Lima Municipal Court.
