November 6, 10:27 a.m. — A resident of the 1000 block of Merry Lane reported that someone forced entry into his house.

November 8, 9:55 a.m. — Tiffany S. Cook, 35, of 335 S. Tyler St., was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Van Wert Municipal Court.

Delphos Police

November 9, 10:30 a.m. — Delphos police served a warrant on Robert Fishbein, 48, of Lima, that was issued in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court.
