Van Wert Police

November 16, 3:40 p.m. — Dustin S. Stuckey, 25, of 230 N. Wayne St., was arrested on a warrant issued on behalf of the Van Wert Municipal Court Probation Department.

November 15, 7:44 p.m. — Larry J. Jewell, 54, of 365 W. Maple Ave., was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired (OVI) as a result of a traffic stop in the 100 block of East Central Avenue.

November 16, 3:40 p.m. — An employee of Smart Style Salon, located in the Walmart Supercenter, 301 Towne Center Blvd., reported a theft of services from the salon.

November 14, 1:50 p.m. — A 15-year-old Marsh Foundation resident was charged with misdemeanor assault as a result of an incident there.

Delphos Police

November 14, 4:52 p.m. — David Haught Jr., 25, of Delphos, was served with an arrest warrant for failing to appear in Van Wert Municipal Court on a prior case. He was transported to the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.

November 14, 4:20 p.m. — Jonathon Seman, 18, of Delphos, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued in Lima Municipal Court on a contempt of court violation. He was turned over to deputies from the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.

November 14, 12:20 p.m. — Cole Le Fevre, 26, of Delphos, was charged with persistent disorderly conduct and resisting arrest as a result of an incident that occurred in the 600 block of South Clay Street. According to police, Le Fevre became disorderly while officers were speaking to him and attempts were then made to place him under arrest. The man began to resist officers and was then sprayed with pepper spray. When Le Fevre continued to resist, officers used a taser on him.
